Billy Elliot Youth Theatre Gala

Sunday Evening saw the culmination of the Billy Elliot Youth Programme.  The prgramme has been running since November and saw 115 schools and youth organisations take up the challenge of staging their own version of Billy Elliot The Musical.  After months of performances and various regional showcases 14 groups were invited to the home of Billy at The Victoria Palace Theatre to stage their own production of the show.  Each group contributed scenes to the show.  In total around 450 young performers participated in producing a fantastic show.

I was fortunate to be invited along to take the Production photos of the show.  It truly was a spectacular evening. Well done to everyone involved!
